1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, JRose Skincare ships only within the U.S. (Stay tuned — we plan to expand soon!)
3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formulas are crafted with gentle, effective ingredients. However, as with any skincare, we recommend doing a patch test first to make sure it works well with your skin.
4. What order should I use the products in?
Here’s our recommended 4-step routine:

5. Can I buy products separately?
Yes! While our Love Your Skin Bundle is the best value, all products are also available individually in the shop.
6. What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
7. Do you test on animals?
Never. 🐰 All JRose Skincare products are cruelty-free.
