Returns
- Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at infojroseskincare@gmail.com
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund/Replacement

- Attach photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
- Our customer care team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.
